Chris Boutilier, President
Chris Boutilier began his career at Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions in 1989 as an engineer and worked his way through the company’s ranks. Promoted to President of the Computing Solutions Business Unit in April 2006, Mr. Boutilier brings a wealth of experience in meeting the requirements of customers in the industrial, medical, military, and telecom markets to the role.
A 17-year veteran of Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, Mr. Boutilier has held various positions in manufacturing engineering, sales, and operations. He led the effort 10 years ago to open Carlo Gavazzi’s Nevada facility, where as General Manager he introduced new processes and grew the organization to 40% of total sales.
Mark F. Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer
Mark Sullivan joined Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions in November 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in all levels corporate finance to the job.
Prior to joining Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, Mr. Sullivan worked at Tekelec, formerly known as Taqua Inc., a developer of signaling and switching products for telecom networks in Hyannis, MA. During his five years at Tekelec/Taqua, Mr. Sullivan served in various capacities, culminating in the position of Director of Finance, responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations, period closings, annual budget processes, and financial forecasts.
Mr Sullivan earned an MBA degree from Bryant College in Rhode Island and a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Chuck Barresi, General Manager, Fabric and Connectivity Division; Vice President of Sales
Chuck Barresi joined Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions in 2005, bringing with him a wealth of experience in building sales and customer relationships in the high-tech industry.
Prior to joining Carlo Gavazzi, Mr. Barresi served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Components Products Group at GSI Lumonics in Billerica, MA, a developer of precision motion control devices and optics. Mr. Barresi was responsible for charting the group’s strategic direction, growing revenue, and improving profitability.
Mr. Barresi brings 13 years of sales experience to Carlo Gavazzi from AMP Inc. Mr. Barresi rose through AMP Inc.’s ranks from Sales Engineer to Sales Director, managing key national accounts, such as Motorola. Most recently, Mr. Barresi was transferred to the Madison Cable Ltd. Division in Scotland to serve as the Director of Sales and Product Management, where he successfully reshaped and increased sales for the fledgling bulk cable business in Europe.
Mr. Barresi earned his B.A. from William Patterson University in Wayne, NJ and a certificate from The General Manager’s Program at Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA.
Jessica Isquith, Vice President of Corporate Marketing
Jessica Isquith joined the Fabric & Connectivity Division of Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions in 1999, when the division was known as Aurora Technologies, Inc., as a Product Development Marketing Consultant responsible for the successful launch of the ControlTower Console Management System. She was promoted to Sales and Marketing Director in 2000 and Vice President in 2001.
Prior to joining Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, Ms. Isquith held various engineering, sales, and management positions in the medical diagnostics market at Ciba Corning, Chiron Diagnostics, and QC Source.
Ms. Isquith earned her B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from Tufts University.
Steve Corbesero, Vice President of Engineering
Steve Corbesero joined Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions in 1991 as the Manager of the Electrical and Test Engineering Department. Over the last 15 years, Mr. Corbesero has held a variety of executive level positions in engineering and business development. In his current role as Vice President of Product Marketing, Mr. Corbesero represents the company in the PICMG and VITA trade associations, and actively involved in the committees charged with developing open standards, such as AdvancedTCA, CompactTCA, and more.
Mr. Corbesero has been awarded several patents in the area of Backplane Interconnection Products:

Prior to joining Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions, Mr. Corbesero was the Manager of Product Development at Tyco, formerly known as Augat ICP Division, in Attleboro, MA and an Electrical Design Engineer at Raytheon’s Submarine Signal Division in Portsmouth, RI.
Mr. Corbesero has completed graduate work in Business Administration at Bryant College in Rhode Island. He earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Tim Resker, Vice President of Sales, Channel Access
Tim Resker joined Channel Access in March 2006 and owns responsibility for the sales and business development activities of Channel Access, a telecommunications products distribution business wholly owned by Carlo Gavazzi Computing Solutions.
Tim brings industry experience and business building skills that are closely aligned with the needs of Channel Access. Prior to joining the company Tim was responsible for marketing and business development at Mapletree Networks and Performance Technologies. Tim also spent 5 years with Brooktrout Technology and Brooktrout Software where he built and ran a highly successful system integration business.
Tim earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
